Thanks for the information. Our biggest frustration has to be length of time rehabilitation takes away from quality training. At the same time, we’ve had more success rehabilitating IT Band issues in the hip area than at the knee.
We’ve had a lot of success using a foam roller and increasing adductor and gluteus strength. We’ve added the wall-banger exercise. I’m eager to see how it works.
